SOPHIA is a boat built by the Spanish shipyard Astinor in Redondela,
nearby Vigo.
This boat was selected by TURIBOAT due to its sturdy construction and
navigation stability.
Based on the model 1275 Fishing, specific adaptations were developed to
make it more pratical taking into account its versatile function. The
total length has increased to 13,35m (44’), including a spacious bath
platform in the stern.
The boat has a spacious flying bridge with a table and seats for 7
people (easily accessible due to the angle of staircase). With a large
stern area simmultaneous bottom fishing for 10 people is easily
accomodated. The latest in high tech navigation, communication and
entertainment systems makes this boat unique in Portugal. |
